Milwaukee Museum of Art
August 12, 2004

During the end of 2004 Summer I took a trip back to Wisconsin and was pleasantly surprised by the new Milwaukee Museum of Art designed by famed archited Santiago Caltrava, who has been constantly rising in recognition for his elaborate designs. He was also commissioned to design the stadium for the last Olympics, he has designs for the new transport port in New Yorks revamped World Trade Center area, and has designed the largest building to be constructed in the USA, the Fordham Spire in Chicago.
While I'll always love minimalism and it's adherence to form and function without being superfluous, one cannot deny the aesthetic beauty of Caltrava's work.
Other Architects I highly regard:
Tadao Ando
Kei'ichi Irie
Shin Takamatsu
