The 3rd installation for the Satellite Broadcast Series is created by Dubai/New York based media artist, James Clar, with his installation “Turbulence”. A minimal installation using a single lightbulb that that’s pushed, pulled, and swings in a chaotic, random pattern. The lightbulb moves around the warehouse space, making areas light while making others dark, building up momentum, flaring up, settling down, and building up again; a meditation on life in constant transition and a world at flux.
