Shadow of a House

(2017)
LEDs, Filters, Wire
120cm x 105cm

“Shadow of a House” depicts the outline of the shadow cast from a house as the sun into the horizon. The angle of the sun skews and elongates the shape of the house.

The work focuses not on the physical structure of the house, but the immaterial shadow. It ‘flips’ this dark area and creates it in lights. The color of the lights show the sun setting behind the house.
